WE WOULD LIKE TO KINDLY REMIND YOU THAT THE DEADLINE FOR EARLY REGISTRATION FEE WAS 19th JUNE.
The registration fee for the 24th SOFT is:

For the registration at the Conference Desk, 625 Euro fee can be payed by cash (exclusively with EURO and/or POLISH ZLOTY currencies) and by credit card.
Please note, that the Conference Desk will be open also Sunday (September 10th) from 16.00 till 20.00.
The fee covers attendance at Plenary, Oral and Poster sessions, a copy of the Proceedings, coffee breaks with light refreshments, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner. Moreover we are pleased to invite the Participants to a very special event: the Frederic Chopin Music Concert in the Warsaw Royal Castle. As the number of available seats is limited, assignments will be done on first booked – first served basis. Early registration is then recommended to Participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A charge of 200 Euro for administrative costs will be retained if a registration is cancelled before 1st August 2006. After 1st August 2006 no reimbursement will be made.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION
Due to problems related to the organization, only one person is allowed as Accompanying Person for the Conference Dinner and Welcome Reception. The limitation does not apply to the proposed tours selection.
